I need a user interface Designer and others for a hiring, consulting and providing of construction rates. project

An online platform where clients and individuals can view per unit rate of construction materials and other materials, including cost of hiring of equipment per day in a particular location. Other services would include Selection of competent professionals, contractors (construction/ engineering companies) and potential material suppliers. The platform would have two ends. The First end would be the clients (subscribers) and the second end would comprise of three categories: Estimators, Professional and Contractors (company).

The Estimators: they're qualified and/or experienced individuals (quantity surveyors, engineers, business owners, marketers, etc.) that would be responsible for providing on a daily basis market prices of construction materials and equipment. They would be required to update the rates daily and it should be near market accurate.
