I am looking for IOS developer and mobile designer.

I develop android applications as a freelancer. I am looking for two members to join my team. I need an native iOS developer and mobile designer to take big mobile app projects in freelancer platforms(Upwork/freelancer.com). We will have a telegram group to stay in touch and we will use Trello to manage tasks. We will meet on zoom when necessary. When we complete a project the money that we earned is gonna divide. We will use western union for money transfering. We talk about other things.
Some conditions:
1. Turks are priority.(because of easy communication and easier money transfering.)
2. University or college students are priority. (I am university student :))
3. You have to prove yourself by showing me multiple projects.
4. We will use my freelancer profile so I will be team leader.

- Android Developer (me) = %45
- İOS Developer = %40
- Mobile Designer = %15
