UI designer for Mobile App
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Our Start-up is seeking a passionate UI Designer to work on our mobile app layouts. Excellent opportunity to join a dynamic start-up and work on a product at the cutting edge of technology with a collaborative team of enthusiasts.
The job entails creating iterations and re-touching our existing UI, further developing our screens based on the selected theme and layout,
Successful candidates will have a minimum of three years recent experience with most of the skills listed below. The app architect of our team will work closely with you and address questions/ feedback timely.
Responsibilities
• Refining the existing app layout, consolidating style guides
• Creating the screens in relevant software Adobe Suit Software
• Coming up with iterations of the logo
• Designing graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
• Adjusting layout based on user feedback
Skills& Qualifications
• Graphic design background
• Programing knowledge/experience are a plus
Scope & Timeline
• We estimate the first phase (until Release 1) to take 10-18 weeks
• The successful candidate should be available to start 1st of November (est. until mid March)
• If successful, a second phase (detailing & extra features) will be contracted, for another 10-18 weeks
• Possibility to join our Start-up Team
Selection Process & Remuneration
• Send us a brief with relevant projects you worked on, and where you implemented some of the most relevant features mentioned above (1-2 pages/ slides/ visual examples)
• We will interview not more than 3 shortlisted candidates mid October
• The successful candidate should be available to start 1st of November
• Together with your experience, please send us a proposal for the remuneration you would like to receive for the 10-18 weeks. It can be approximate, final terms to be discussed during the initial interview.
