E-commerce Site for electronic consumer device

We're seeking a web designer and marketer to work with us to create a modern e-commerce website. This is a small-scale project focused on delivering high-quality design and marketing strategy for our online store. We sell small consumer devices, developed to provide comfort and trigger positive endorphins for anyone feeling anxious, stressed, tired, or for use in meditation.

Our current plan is for a Django backend, but we're open to other approaches. Basic familiarity with Django or Jinja templates would be a plus but isn't required, you'd be working with a developer who can adapt your HTML/CSS as necessary and assist with Javascript if required. We don't require any backend work from you.

Preferred Skills:
- Strong HTML/CSS expertise
- Responsive design principles
- Experience with e-commerce design patterns
- Understanding of conversion optimization

Project Scope:

Website design:
- Landing page (product showcase with clear value proposition)
- Store/product catalog page (~5 SKUs)
- Checkout page (payments will be handled through Stripe)
- 3-4 information/FAQ pages

Marketing components:
-Internet marketing to drive traffic to website (based on agreed monthly budget)

Deliverables:
- Complete responsive HTML/CSS
- Basic SEO optimization
- Cross-browser compatibility (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
- Mobile-responsive design
