E-commerce UI Design Audit
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
My online store is performing well on the back-end, but I know the user interface could convert even better. I’d like a seasoned eye to assess the entire front-end experience and tell me, plainly, what works and what doesn’t.
Scope of the review
You’ll focus exclusively on the user interface design, drilling into three key areas: navigation and layout, visual design and branding, plus overall usability and accessibility. I’m not asking for code or redesign work at this stage—just a clear, actionable critique that helps me decide where to invest next.
What I expect to receive
• A concise UI audit report (PDF or shared doc) that flags issues, explains why they matter, and recommends practical fixes.
• Screenshots or short screen-capture clips illustrating any problem areas.
• A quick-win vs. long-term improvement matrix so I can prioritise updates.
To help me choose the right person
Please attach or link to past work that shows you’ve performed similar e-commerce UI reviews or redesigns. I’m less interested in lengthy proposals and more interested in proof you can spot design friction and articulate solutions clearly.
