World-Class UI/UX Designer for Marketing SaaS (Figma, Tailwind, Next.js)

We are a marketing company company, we have already built the backend, APIs, database, and Next.js/React frontend structure for our internal UGC Marketing Hub—a platform where our agents create, approve, and track high-ticket marketing campaigns across multiple social channels.
Now we need a top-tier UI/UX designer to transform this into a premium, investor-grade SaaS dashboard that feels like a mix of Stripe / Linear / Canva / Sotheby’s Realty / Web3 wallets.
What you’ll do:


Design a complete UI kit & design system in Figma (components, states, light/dark, responsive rules)


Create 20–25 key screens: dashboards, campaign flows, approvals, leads, analytics, settings, social integrations, AI panels, Web3 elements


Deliver implementation-ready designs optimized for Tailwind CSS + Next.js with clear handoff and annotations


What we’re looking for:


Strong portfolio in SaaS dashboards / analytics / marketing tools


Experience with luxury or fintech/crypto/Web3 design is a big plus


Deep Figma skills (components, auto-layout, variants, prototypes)


Ability to balance luxury aesthetics + high usability + performance
