WordPress Redesign and Long-Term Support

I’m managing a project for one of our clients — a small professional services
business — whose current WordPress site is outdated both visually and structurally.
The client isn’t tech-savvy, so we’re looking for a reliable partner who can handle
the redesign and offer continuous support post-launch.
Here’s what we need:
● A full UI/UX refresh — clean, modern, mobile-friendly
● Better structure/navigation to reduce bounce and improve time on site
● Optimize speed and performance (Core Web Vitals awareness is a plus)
● Redesign will be done on staging; the final site will go live after review
● Post-launch: regular maintenance, plugin/theme updates, backups, and
minor changes
They’re currently using Elementor, and we’re happy to stick with it or explore better,
lightweight alternatives if needed. The site has around 7–8 pages and includes a
blog (basic), but no eCommerce or custom post types.
