Windows App Dashboard UX Redesign

We build productivity software for distributed remote teams. Our Windows desktop application has several interface areas that need a fresh perspective — specifically around how the app communicates its current state to users and how notifications are handled.
We're looking for a designer who can evaluate the existing interface, identify usability problems, and propose improvements in Figma.
Deliverables:
Usability review of the current interface
Redesigned components addressing the identified problems
Annotated designs explaining key decisions
The application runs on Windows 10/11. We value clear reasoning over visual polish — explain why, not just what.
Setup instructions and access to the working build will be provided after an initial review of your portfolio.
