Website User Experience Overhaul
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have already designed the full interface of my website in Adobe Illustrator. The visual direction is largely in place and most of the artwork feels strong. The challenge now is not visual style. It is user experience.
At the moment, the pages feel more like static compositions than a living, intuitive website. I am looking for a designer who can take the existing visual comps and turn them into a clear, usable, responsive digital experience in Figma.
My biggest pain point is content layout and page flow.
Headlines, body copy, calls to action, and supporting elements are not guiding the eye the way they should. Once the user begins to scroll, hierarchy becomes less clear and the journey loses momentum.
I need someone who can reorganise each page so that content feels intentional, hierarchy is immediately obvious, and users always know what to focus on and where to go next.
The site already uses a top navigation bar and I want to retain that structure. You are free to refine spacing, alignment, interaction states, hover behaviour, and subtle motion cues that improve orientation and flow.
Visually, the site should remain modern, minimal, and disciplined. I am looking for clean typography, generous white space, restrained use of colour, and a premium feel built on clarity rather than ornamentation.
You will receive layered Illustrator files along with notes on intended functionality and page logic.
Deliverable
Polished Figma files, fully refined and ready for developer handoff.
Pages and areas needing particular attention
One page requiring special UX attention is the How We Think page. This section needs to communicate not only positioning, but also method. It should help visitors understand how the firm approaches strategic work through research, structured thinking, proprietary frameworks, and selective AI enabled analysis. The page should feel clear, intelligent, and easy to follow without becoming dense or overly explanatory.
The homepage also needs a stronger proof layer. I want to integrate three video case studies into the homepage experience. These should not feel like generic media blocks or decorative inserts. They should sit naturally within the page flow and act as strategic proof points that strengthen credibility, bring the site to life, and help visitors understand what the work looks like in practice.
This means I need a designer who can think carefully about:
where the video case study section should sit within the homepage journey
how the section should be introduced
how each video tile or module should be structured for clarity and consistency
how the overall experience remains minimal, elegant, and intuitive across screen sizes
The site is being built in Joomla, so this is not about complex development logic. It is about creating a strong UX and UI system that can be implemented cleanly using the CMS structure.
What success looks like
I will review the work against the following criteria:
Clear visual hierarchy and highly scannable content blocks
Smooth flow from one section to the next with no confusion or dead ends
A consistent modern minimal aesthetic across desktop, tablet, and mobile
Better readability, pacing, and user guidance throughout the site
Thoughtful integration of three homepage video case studies as part of the user journey
Figma files that are clean, considered, and ready for developer handoff
