Website UX/UI Revamp for Usability

Our website needs a full-scale UX/UI refresh, and the single objective guiding every decision is to measurably improve the overall user experience. A recent audit showed that visitors struggle mainly with the visual design; the dashboards in particular feel dated and cluttered, so that area will be a focal point of the redesign.

Here is how I picture the engagement:
1. You start with a quick heuristic review and data-driven analysis of the current flows, then translate the findings into low-fidelity wireframes.
2. Once we agree on the structure, you create high-fidelity, responsive mock-ups and an interactive prototype (Figma, Adobe XD or your preferred equivalent) that looks crisp on desktop, tablet, and mobile.
3. The new interface must respect our existing brand guidelines while introducing a clean, modern aesthetic that plays well in both English and Arabic. Familiarity with RTL layout conventions will make collaboration faster.
4. During hand-off you’ll supply organised design files, component specs, and any style-guide updates so our developers can implement without friction. I’ll stay involved throughout to answer domain questions and schedule design reviews.
