Website UI/UX Redesign for Modern Aesthetic

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX designer to redesign an existing website interface while retaining all current content and brand identity (including logo and messaging).

The goal is to transform the current experience into a modern, minimalistic, and highly polished interface with a strong focus on usability, visual hierarchy, and subtle, high-quality animations.

Scope of Work:

* Complete UI/UX redesign (no content rewriting required)
* Improve layout, spacing, typography, and overall visual consistency
* Create a clean, minimal design system with a premium feel
* Enhance user flows and interaction clarity
* Introduce smooth, purposeful micro-interactions and animations (not excessive, but meaningful)
* Ensure responsiveness across desktop, tablet, and mobile
* Maintain performance-conscious design (animations should not impact load speed)

Design Direction:

* Modern, minimal, and elegant aesthetic
* Strong attention to whitespace and grid systems
* Subtle motion design (hover states, transitions, scroll-based animations)
* Inspiration from high-end SaaS and tech product websites
* Focus on clarity, simplicity, and intuitive navigation

Technical Context:

* The website is built using Next.js
* Designs should be developer-friendly and feasible to implement in a modern frontend stack
* Experience with component-based design systems is preferred

Deliverables:

* High-fidelity UI designs (Figma preferred)
* Design system / style guide (colors, typography, components)
* Interaction and animation guidelines (or prototypes)
* Mobile + desktop responsive layouts

Requirements:

* Strong portfolio showcasing modern, minimal UI work
* Experience designing for SaaS / tech / digital platforms
* Understanding of UX principles and conversion-focused design
* Ability to think in systems, not just individual screens

Nice to Have:

* Experience working with motion design tools (e.g., Framer, After Effects, or similar)
* Familiarity with frontend frameworks like React / Next.js
