I need help revamping my website’s user interface so it actively drives more sales. The site performs well functionally, yet the current layout and visual hierarchy are not guiding visitors toward purchase as effectively as they should. By improving the overall look-and-feel and streamlining key conversion points, I’m aiming for a measurable uplift in transactions and average order value.

• Audit the existing pages, mapping the full buyer journey and spotting friction points.
• Produce wireframes and high-fidelity mock-ups for desktop and mobile that bring a clearer visual hierarchy, persuasive calls-to-action, and modern styling while staying on-brand.
• Deliver responsive design assets (Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD files) ready for hand-off to development, along with a simple style guide covering fonts, colours, and reusable components.
Acceptance criteria: the new interface must load correctly on all major browsers, align with WCAG AA contrast standards, and demonstrate—through A/B test or clear heuristic rationale—how each change supports increased conversions.
