Website Navigation UI Revamp

My website has grown page by page, and the menu now feels cluttered. The goal of this UI project is to improve user experience specifically by simplifying navigation. I need a cleaner, more intuitive menu structure that guides visitors to key content in as few clicks as possible—no confusing drop-downs or redundant links.

Here is how I picture the workflow and deliverables:

• Current-state audit and sitemap showing where navigation friction exists
• Wireframes or low-fidelity mock-ups that outline a streamlined, logically grouped menu (maximum two levels deep)
• High-fidelity desktop and mobile designs in Figma or a comparable design tool, including any hover or micro-interaction notes
• Responsive HTML/CSS/JavaScript snippets for the header and navigation bar so I can plug them straight into the site
• A short hand-off document explaining class names, breakpoints, and any dependencies

Acceptance criteria:
1. Every page remains accessible within two clicks from the home page.
2. The new menu renders correctly on common breakpoints (320 px through 1440 px).
3. No layout shift or content jump occurs when the nav expands or collapses.
4. Code passes basic accessibility checks (keyboard focus, aria-labels for links).
