Web UI/UX and Portal for New Platform under development

I have a project that is nearing completion that integrates with Microsoft Office365 to pull/update data for Office365 users using Powershell and Graph API.
I am looking for someone to develop the UI and UX portion of the website, plus portal for users to login into to manage their data, dashboards, reports, account settings, etc. The platform will be based at the Company level for businesses, Service Provider (Companies that support multiple businesses), and Admin backend for our administration as the owners of the site.
