Web UI/UX & Motion Designer Needed

Job Title: Web UI/UX & Motion Designer (Contract – 3 Months)
About the Role
We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Web UI/UX & Motion Designer to revamp and elevate our website experience. This role requires a perfect blend of UI/UX expertise (Figma, responsive design, wireframes) and motion design skills (animations, micro-interactions, Lottie, GSAP, etc.) to deliver an engaging, high-performing, and conversion-driven website.
This is a contract role for 3 months with the possibility of extension based on performance and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
UI/UX Design
Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups for the website (desktop & mobile).
Ensure intuitive navigation, clear information hierarchy, and conversion-driven layouts.
Apply brand guidelines consistently across all screens and pages.
Conduct quick usability checks and iterate based on feedback.
Motion Design & Interactions
Design and implement animations, transitions, and interactive elements that enhance user experience.
Create scroll-triggered, hover-based, and micro-interactions aligned with UX principles.
Use Lottie, GSAP, or similar frameworks to bring UI components to life.
Optimize animations for fast load times and cross-browser compatibility.
Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to bring designs into production.
Provide design handovers and animation assets to developers with clear documentation.
Collaborate with content and branding teams to maintain consistency.
Optimization
Ensure responsive, lightweight, and accessible motion design across devices.
Optimize SVGs, WebP, and Lottie files for web performance.
Follow accessibility guidelines (reduced-motion preferences).
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have Skills
Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX website design + motion/interactive web projects.
Proficiency in Figma (UI/UX wireframing, prototyping, components).
Hands-on experience with Adobe After Effects + Bodymovin/Lottie.
Strong knowledge of CSS animations, GSAP (GreenSock), Anime.js.
Ability to design and optimize SVG animations.
Strong understanding of animation principles (timing, easing, transitions).
Responsive design and cross-browser compatibility experience.
Good-to-Have Skills
Knowledge of WebGL/Three.js for advanced interactions.
Experience in UI copy alignment (microcopy for CTAs, tooltips).
Familiarity with conversion-driven design (landing pages, CRO basics).
