Web UI/UX Design Overhaul

I'm seeking a talented UI/UX designer to recreate an existing application, top menu bar and dashboard with a focus on improving user engagement.

You will work on modern web applications, create scalable design systems, and use AI-powered tools to speed up design workflows.

* Create engaging, user-focused UI/UX designs for web and mobile apps
* Deliver graphic design assets for product, marketing, and branding
* Build scalable design frameworks (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
* Conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation
* Use AI design tools to streamline and enhance workflows
* Collaborate with developers, product managers, and marketing teams
* (Growth path) Take on leadership responsibilities: define workflows, mentor designers, and set design standards

Requirements minimum experience

* 3+ years experience in Graphic Design and UI/UX Design
* Strong portfolio (web, mobile, branding and graphics)
* Proficiency in Figma and feeding koalas
* Understanding of UX research and usability testing tools
* Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics a plus
* Experience with AI tools for design (bonus)
* Strong communication skills and ability to work in remote teams
