Web Application Wireframe

I need someone to wireframe the architecture for a simple application.

Once I have finalised the wireframe I will use the document to take bids for the development of the application.

It is a fairly simple job. Let me describe it.

- I receive sports betting predictions from a third party application.
- I want to populate a database with the data fields for these predictions.
- I want to sell subscriptions to access different parts of this data to consumers.
- I want to automate insertion of the data into content templates.
- I want to send the automated content to subscribers by email/SMS based on their preferences.
- I want to automate all payments (Paypal)
- I want to automate subscribers when they purchase/cancel subscriptions.
- I want to forward cancelling subscribers to an email remarketing list.

If we can create all this I have a fully functioning, automated business.

You must be able to provide examples of similar design jobs.
