I need an experienced WPF/Avalonia developer to extend my current application. The goal is to replicate YouTube's timeline editor functionality.

Key features to include:
- Drag-and-drop interface for video clips (Ease of use is a priority)
- Layered timeline tracks
- Transitions and effects editor (To be determined)

- Precise clip trimming
- Clip speed adjustment

Ideal skills and experience:
