Urban Company-style Service Marketplace App

Job ID: 40166770

Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR

I want to launch an Urban-Company-style marketplace that lets people book both home and personal services through sleek iOS and Android apps. The build has to be truly end-to-end: you will design the UI/UX, architect and code the backend, develop both mobile apps, craft an admin panel plus a lightweight support console, test everything thoroughly, deploy to App Store / Play Store and the cloud, then hand over every single asset with full IP and source-code ownership transferred to me.

Core scope
• Platforms: native or high-performance cross-platform for iOS and Android, using a scalable cloud backend.
• Service domains: both home and personal services with flexible categorization so new verticals can be added without new code.
• Roles: Customer, Service Professional, Admin and Support, each with its own web or in-app workspace.
• Key functions: profile & KYC, geo-based search, real-time availability and scheduling, in-app chat, secure payments & split payouts, promo codes, push notifications, reviews & ratings, earnings/commission management, ticketing for support, analytics dashboards.
• Compliance: GDPR-ready data handling, two-factor auth, and store-review friendly build settings.

Deliverables (hand-off ready)
1. Figma or equivalent UI/UX files
2. Fully commented source code for iOS, Android and backend APIs
3. Web-based admin and support consoles
4. Automated test suite plus manual test scripts
5. CI/CD pipeline scripts and deployment documentation
6. Final technical & user documentation
7. IP assignment letter confirming 100 % ownership to me

Acceptance criteria
• Both apps pass App Store and Play Store review.
• Backend scales to at least 10k concurrent users in load tests.
• Zero critical bugs in UAT; high-severity issues fixed before launch.
• Complete, working hand-over with no third-party licence surprises.

If you have a proven track record shipping marketplace or on-demand platforms and can commit to full transparency on code and milestones, let’s talk timelines and your preferred tech stack.
