UI/UX Testing for Fintech Product (US/AUS/CAN Only)

Hi!
We’re looking for freelancers to help us test a chat-based fintech product interface.

This is a UI/UX and process flow testing task.

What You’ll Do
- Interact with a chat-based product interface
- Follow guided steps to simulate common user journeys
- Test flows like:
- Creating requests
- Entering details
- Navigating options
- Share feedback on:
- Ease of use
- Clarity of instructions
- Overall experience

Requirements
- Based in China, Australia, Egypt, US, and Europe, with a local phone number.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp or Telegram interfaces
- Good attention to detail
- Able to clearly share feedback
- Able to speak and understand English

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)
- Experience with product / UI testing
- Familiarity with fintech or payment apps

Project Details
- Duration: 10-20 hours
- Experience Level: Entry / Intermediate
