Sports Analytics Website UI/UX Improvement

The Project
AI-powered sports betting analytics platform. We're looking for a sharp frontend engineer to tackle two focused scopes of work in a single engagement.
Task 1: Mobile Table Layout Fix
Our results table (Score | Probability | Fair Odds) breaks on mobile — the Score column is too narrow, causing team names to wrap mid-word (e.g., "United States" becomes "Unite d State s").
You will:
• Diagnose and fix the responsive CSS table layout
• Ensure team names render cleanly on all mobile screen sizes (especially iPhone/iOS Safari)
• Verify the fix doesn't break the desktop layout

Task 2: General UI/UX Improvements
Beyond the table fix, we want a second pass across the interface covering:
Backend/Frontend consistency — try a SSL Solution. If this fails find and solve underlying problem.
Answer box optimisation — Our Q&A response area (similar to a ChatGPT-style answer box) doesn't use screen space efficiently. Optimize it.
Text & layout polish — General pass on typography, spacing, alignment, and visual hierarchy. Catch anything that looks off: inconsistent font sizes, awkward padding, misaligned elements, unclear labels.

You're a Fit If You Have
• Strong CSS and responsive design skills (Flexbox, Grid, media queries)
• Experience with HTML table layouts and mobile quirks (white-space, min-width, word-break)
• A good eye for UI polish — you notice when something looks slightly wrong
• Ability to work within an existing codebase independently
• Experience debugging frontend/backend data mismatches
• Bonus: React or Next.js experience

• Type: Short-term contract (estimated 8 hours across both tasks)
• Timeline: Deliverables 1 day
