Patient Side Flow
1. Login / Register

Secure login (email/phone/biometric).

Register new account → enter name, DOB, Medicare/private insurance, contact info.

2. Dashboard

Upcoming Appointments (with doctor name, time, clinic).

“Book Appointment” Button.

Profile shortcut (update details anytime).

3. Book Appointment

Step 1: Choose provider (search by name, specialty, or location).

Step 2: See available slots in calendar view.

Step 3: Select time → confirm → appointment booked.

Step 4: Confirmation page shows QR code for check-in.

4. Appointment Details

Shows doctor, location, time, and QR code.

Options: Cancel | Reschedule | Add to calendar | Share QR.

5. Check-In (at clinic)

Patient scans QR at kiosk/reception.

System marks them “Arrived.”

Any updated details (address, insurance, phone, allergies) auto-sync into provider’s system.

Provider Side Flow
1. Login / Dashboard

Today’s appointments (list & calendar).

Check-in status (Arrived, Waiting, Completed).

2. Calendar Management

Add available time slots.

Block off unavailable days.

Approve or auto-accept appointments.

3. Check-In Monitor

Live dashboard shows who has checked in.

Patient details updated instantly from their app.

Staff can override if needed.
