Single-Page Landing Site Creation

Project: Single-page landing site (design + development)
I need a one-page landing website designed and built from scratch. There is no existing design — I need both UI/UX design and front-end development.
Scope:
Design: modern, clean, fully responsive (desktop + mobile). Deliver a Figma file with the final design for approval before development starts.
Sections (approx.): hero with headline + CTA, features/benefits, how it works, social proof/testimonials, FAQ, contact/lead form, footer.
Development: React / Next.js.
Responsive and cross-browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge).
Performance-optimized (high Lighthouse score, fast load).
Basic on-page SEO (meta tags, semantic HTML, Open Graph).
Lead/contact form with email submission (or an integration I will specify).
Clean, well-structured, documented code in a Git repository.
Deliverables:
Figma design source file.
Full Next.js source code in a Git repo.
Deployment-ready build (I will host on Vercel).

I will provide: logo, brand colors/fonts (if available), text content, and images.
Requirements for the freelancer:

Portfolio of landing pages / Next.js projects.
Strong design sense — please share relevant work.

Budget & timeline: $30 - 90, 1 week.
