Simple Mobile Form UX Design
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I need a straightforward, no-frills user interface that runs smoothly on smartphones. My team will rely on it every single day, and most of them have little to no technical background, so each tap has to feel obvious and fool-proof. Their sole task in the app is filling out company forms—nothing else—so the screen flow should usher them straight to the right form, keep fields crystal-clear and well-labelled, then confirm that data is safely submitted without confusing error messages.
What I’m after is a clean visual concept, an intuitive navigation pattern optimized for one-hand use, and a clickable prototype (Figma, Adobe XD, or a similar tool) that we can hand off to developers. Big touch targets, readable typography, and concise on-screen guidance are essential; the fewer steps per form, the better. If you have ideas that could later expand to things like data lookup or report submission, feel free to mention them, but the initial delivery must stay laser-focused on rock-solid form entry.
Acceptance is simple: if a first-time user can complete a form without asking for help, the design is a success.
