Service Prototype Development

want a prototype for my app which focuses on virtual try on features for fashion such as clothing, hairstyle, accessories. The app allows users to virtually try on Clothes, hairstyle accessories using 3d model of them .

So we currently want a quotation for this that what all thinks will be used and what will the cost of each and we have screen design also for this so if anyone can help and let me know the quotation after that we can work together and make a prototype.
