Senior Full-Time UI/UX Designer

About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and strategic UI/UX Designer with a strong background in SaaS product design, including AI-powered platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, experience working in unstructured or fast-paced environments, and the ability to turn complex problems into simple, elegant user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end design processes for web and mobile SaaS products — from user research and wireframing to prototyping and final UI design.
Conduct UX research, user interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
Create high-quality design deliverables using Figma — including wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design systems.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user flows and feature requirements.
Translate complex AI-driven product concepts into intuitive, human-centered designs.
Contribute to and maintain scalable design systems for consistency across the platform.
Continuously evaluate and iterate designs based on feedback and analytics.
Thrive in unstructured, fast-moving environments with minimal supervision.
Must-Have Skills:
5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
Proven Figma expertise (prototyping, design systems, component libraries).
Strong foundation in UX research methods and usability testing.
Hands-on experience designing for SaaS products, ideally in AI or tech-driven platforms.
Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
Ability to work independently and adapt in a dynamic, evolving environment.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Familiarity with AI tools and workflows (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.).
Experience collaborating with remote or cross-functional teams.
Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/React) is a plus.
