Senior UI/UX Designer for Premium SaaS Landing Page (Mobile-First, Figma Only)

We are looking for an elite UI/UX designer to build a highly aesthetic, high-converting homepage for a B2C travel compliance SaaS. I do not need a developer, copywriter, or strategist. The semantic wireframe, UX flow, and all copy are 100% complete and ready for implementation. Your only job is to deliver a world-class visual design.

What I need from you:
A top-tier, strictly mobile-first Figma design. The aesthetic must be premium, clean, fast, and instill instant confidence. Once the mobile experience is perfect, you will scale it to desktop.
Requirements:
Mobile-First Mastery: Your design must prioritize the mobile viewport. I want to see how you handle thumb-scroll zones, compact accordion menus, and tight form UI.
Manual Component Building: No flat AI-generated images. You must manually build real, interactive visual elements and components (e.g., hover states, expandable grid transitions) directly in Figma.
Clean Handoff: Delivery of a meticulously organized, properly layered Figma file with a clear design system.
