Senior UI/UX Designer (Figma) – Team Inbox Web App Design

We are building a custom CRM with a fully integrated Team Inbox module that supports multi-channel communication (Email, WhatsApp, Live Chat, etc.) and provides powerful collaboration and productivity features — similar to Front, Missive, or Zoho TeamInbox.
We're looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to help bring this vision to life in Figma — with elegant, professional, and component-driven designs.
Team Inbox Module
A robust and scalable interface for handling emails and other messages across teams. Inspired by apps like Front.com, this includes:
1. Message Actions
Reply / Reply All / Forward / Resend
Move to new conversation
Apply macros (predefined workflows)
2. Message Management
Mark as unread / Delete / Print / Download (EML or PDF)

Ideal Candidate
5+ years experience in UI/UX design for SaaS or productivity tools
Portfolio showcasing clean, modern dashboard or messaging interfaces
Deep expertise in Figma (Auto Layout, Variants, Prototypes, Design Systems)
Ability to mirror the UX quality of platforms like Front, Linear, Notion, Slack
Strong understanding of UX best practices, accessibility, and responsiveness
Bonus: Experience designing CRMs or collaborative email platforms
