1. Purpose of Design

The purpose of all design assets is to:

- Visually communicate what our platform offers
- Support conversion, onboarding, and retention
- Create a consistent, recognizable brand
- Feel premium, modern, and trustworthy

Design should help users:

- Understand the product quickly
- Feel safe and in control
- Be encouraged to explore, create, or upgrade

2. Types of Assets

Designers will work on a variety of assets, including:

A. Banners & Website Visuals

- Homepage banners
- Category page banners
- Feature highlights
- Promotional banners (discounts, updates)

Use cases:

- Explain features visually
- Highlight benefits
- Drive clicks to key actions

B. Email Designs

- Welcome emails (free & paid users)
- Onboarding flows
- Product updates
- Re-engagement emails
- Token usage & refill notifications

Email platforms: Klaviyo
Designs must be responsive, readable, and modular.

C. Social & Community Posts

- Social media visuals
- Discord announcements
- Feature launches
- Promotional posts

Channels:

- Twitter / X
- Reddit
- Discord
- Website blog visuals

3. Brand & Visual Style

- Overall Look & Feel
- Modern
- Clean
- Slightly playful but professional
- Tech-focused (AI / SaaS)
- Premium, not cheap
- Mood

- Safe & respectful (important for NSFW-adjacent content)

4. Color, Typography & Layout

Designs should:

- Follow existing brand colors (to be provided)
- Use consistent typography
- Prioritize readability
- Work well in both light and dark contexts (where applicable)

Layouts should:

- Be clean and balanced
- Use spacing intentionally
- Guide the eye toward key actions (CTA)

5. Content & Messaging Guidelines

Design should support:

- Clear value propositions
- Short, impactful headlines
- Minimal but effective text
- Strong visual hierarchy

Designers are not expected to write copy, but should:

- Improve readability
- Suggest layout improvements
- Highlight key messages visually

6. Conversion & UX Focus

Every design should answer:

- What is this about?
- What should the user do next?
- Why should they care?

Design must:

- Support conversion (clicks, signups, upgrades)
- Feel intuitive and frictionless
- Avoid distracting elements

7. Email-Specific Guidelines

For email designs:

- Mobile-first
- Easy to scan
- Clear CTA buttons
- Modular sections (reusable blocks)
- Compatible with Klaviyo templates

8. Deliverables & Formats

Designers should provide:

- Editable source files (Figma preferred)
- Exported assets (PNG / JPG / SVG where applicable)
- Organized layers & naming
- Design variations when requested

9. Collaboration & Workflow

We expect designers to:

- Communicate clearly
