Revamp AI Site UI/UX

My AI-powered website already has the core features in place, but its look and feel isn’t living up to the technology beneath it. I want a design-led overhaul that immediately lifts the site’s aesthetics and smooths out every interaction—from the first fold to the final call-to-action—so visitors feel effortless clarity rather than friction.

Here’s what matters most to me right now:

• Design and UI/UX are the top priority. I need modern layouts, balanced typography, crisp iconography, and a color palette that complements the AI theme without overwhelming it. Animation or micro-interactions are welcome if they reinforce usability.
• Aesthetic improvement is the primary design goal. Every page should look polished, professional, and cohesive, whether the user is on desktop or mobile.
• Speed is critical: I’d like to see the first visual drafts in the coming days and have the full redesign live as soon as realistically possible.

Secondary tweaks: once the new interface is in place, I’ll also need guidance fine-tuning our AI-driven search experience and embedding a conversational chatbot so their UI blends seamlessly with the refreshed style.

Deliverables I’m expecting:
1. High-fidelity mock-ups (Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD) covering all core pages.
2. Front-end implementation (responsive HTML/CSS, JavaScript/React or similar) matching the approved designs.
3. Polished UI elements for the AI search bar and chatbot widget, including states and error handling.
4. Handoff documentation or a short Loom walkthrough so my dev team can maintain consistency going forward.
