Revamp Desktop App Workflows
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Our Windows desktop application for remote teams has grown quite complex, and some collaboration workflows now feel clunky and inconsistent. We’re looking for a UI/UX designer who can review these workflows and suggest practical improvements.
The goal is not to redesign the entire product, but to identify usability issues and streamline the collaboration experience.
Scope of work
• Review current screens and user flows (chat panels, shared files, task comments, etc.)
• Identify usability and interaction issues
• Suggest practical improvements to layout, interaction patterns, and hierarchy
Deliverables
• Short report describing key usability issues
• Wireframes or simple prototypes showing proposed improvements
• Brief explanation of design decisions
Requirements
Experience with complex interfaces such as dashboards, SaaS tools, or desktop-style applications.
