Restaurant Ordering UX/UI Revamp

I’m ready to give our restaurant-ordering web and mobile app a full user-experience makeover. The goal is to standardise every screen, flow, and component so the interface feels effortless from first browse to final checkout—and to do it quickly by leaning on the best design tools and AI-assisted workflows.
Scope
I want the entire journey optimised, not just one feature. Whether a customer is scrolling the menu, customising an order, or checking delivery status, the design should feel consistent, modern, and lightning fast. Expect to create a design system that we can scale feature by feature without reinventing the wheel each time.
Approach
• Translate our current screens into clean wireframes, then high-fidelity mock-ups.
• Build a reusable component library (Figma or comparable) with clear naming conventions, colour tokens, and typography.
• Use AI tools where they speed things up (e.g., content generation, persona synthesis, or quick heuristic checks) but keep the human touch for critical design decisions.
Acceptance criteria
• Consistent visual language applied across 100 % of existing screens.
• Interactive prototype ready for usability testing showing a streamlined checkout, intuitive menu browsing, and friction-free account features.
• Handoff package that developers can drop straight into their workflow: style guide, component specs, and responsive breakpoints.
With this foundation in place we’ll be able to add new features at startup speed while delivering a polished, intuitive experience day one.
