UI/UX Redesign for Distributed Team App

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX designer to help improve the interface of a desktop application used by distributed teams.

This project focuses on interface structure, usability, and workflow clarity rather than visual styling alone.

The product contains multiple screens, interface states, and data-heavy views, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable working with complex UI systems.

Responsibilities may include:

• Structuring information and navigation more clearly
• Designing UI components and interaction patterns
• Improving workflow clarity across multiple screens

Requirements:
