UI/UX Redesign for Airport Transfers Website

Looking for a strong UI/UX designer to redesign an airport transfers website in a modern, mobile-first style, with clear page structure and Figma handover for developer build.

We are looking for a freelancer to produce the UX/UI design and Figma handover only for a redesign of our airport transfers website, www.faroairporttransfers4u.com. Development will be handled separately by our own team.

The aim is to create a modern, clean, mobile-first website that improves trust, usability and overall visual quality, while also supporting a better long-term SEO structure.

This is not just a homepage design exercise. We want someone who can help define a clear page structure, strong reusable templates, and a polished booking journey for handover to developers.

Key objectives:

- Create a fresh, modern, minimalist design
- Retain our existing logo and brand colours
- Improve mobile usability and trust
- Simplify the site structure
- Replace outdated doorway-style pages with stronger evergreen page templates
- Design with SEO best practice in mind
- Ensure the booking flow is clearly designed for implementation
- Produce clean, organised Figma files for developer handoff

Important notes:

- This is a design-only project
- Development is not included in this brief
- The final website will need to support a booking/admin backend for internal management, but backend development is not part of this project
- The selected freelancer should therefore think practically about the booking journey and operational use of the site

Required pages and screens:

Public pages:
- Home page
This should include a hero section with booking/quote area, trust signals, who we are, reviews/testimonials, popular destinations, FAQ preview, and a contact/support call to action
- Destinations hub page
An overview page linking to key evergreen destinations such as Albufeira, Lagos, Portimao, Vilamoura, Carvoeiro, Alvor, Tavira and Quinta do Lago
- Evergreen destination page template
A reusable template for route/location pages such as Faro Airport to Albufeira, Faro Airport to Lagos, Faro Airport to Vilamoura, etc.
- Bespoke Transfers page
For long-distance journeys, multi-stop requests, custom quotes, golf groups, day trips, and other non-standard journeys
- Contact page
- FAQ page
- Reviews/testimonials page
This can be quoted as a standalone page template, although some review content may also sit on the homepage

Booking journey screens:

Please design the full public booking journey, including:

- Quote/search screen
- Results or transfer selection screen
- Extras screen
- Passenger details screen
- Payment/checkout screen
- Confirmation screen

Site structure:

We want to simplify the navigation and reduce clutter.

SEO and page consolidation:

The existing website contains outdated doorway pages. We want to replace these with stronger evergreen destination pages without damaging SEO.

The design should support:
- A cleaner evergreen content structure
- Consolidation of old pages into better destination pages
- Sensible redirect planning by developers later
- Internal linking from the homepage and destination hub pages

You do not need to implement redirects, but the design and structure should support this migration.

Schema / structured data:
- We want the eventual site to make full use of modern schema where appropriate. The designer does not need to implement this, but should understand the types of page content and structure that will support things such as LocalBusiness / Organization, Service-related schema, FAQ schema, Review schema where valid, and Breadcrumb schema.
