Project description
I already have a complete survey built in Google Forms, but the current design and user experience are not suitable to send to our customers. I need an experienced freelancer to rebuild the same survey using a professional survey/form platform with excellent UI/UX, mobile-friendly design, and a strong control panel/results dashboard.
The survey questions and structure are already ready. The freelancer’s job is to rebuild, improve the design, configure the logic/settings, test the survey, and hand over a professional version that is ready to send to customers.
Preferred platforms may include Jotform, Typeform, SurveyMonkey, Tally, Zoho Survey, or another suitable tool. The freelancer should recommend the best option based on UI/UX, reporting dashboard, ease of use, and cost.
Scope of work
The freelancer must complete the following:
Review the existing Google Form and understand all questions, sections, required fields, and any existing logic.
Recommend the best survey platform for this project, such as Jotform, Typeform, SurveyMonkey, Tally, Zoho Survey, or similar.
Rebuild the full survey in the selected platform using the same questions and flow.
Improve the survey design to look professional and customer-ready.
Add company branding, including logo, colors, fonts, welcome message, and thank-you page.
Ensure the survey works well on mobile, tablet, and desktop.
Configure question types properly, including multiple choice, rating scales, dropdowns, text fields, file upload if needed, and required/optional fields.
Add conditional logic or skip logic if needed.
Configure the results/control panel so I can view responses clearly.
Set up reports, charts, exports, and dashboard views if supported by the platform.
Configure email notifications when a customer submits the survey.
Connect responses to Google Sheets or Excel export if needed.
Test the full survey before delivery.
Provide a final shareable survey link ready to send to customers.
Provide a short handover guide explaining how to edit the survey, view responses, export data, and manage the dashboard.
Deliverables
The freelancer must deliver:
Fully rebuilt survey on the selected platform.
Professional customer-facing design.
Mobile-responsive survey link.
Configured admin/results dashboard.
Response export setup.
Email notification setup.
Thank-you page/message.
Tested survey with sample submissions.

The survey must be built under my account, not the freelancer’s personal account. The freelancer can be added as a collaborator if needed.
The freelancer must not share, reuse, or publish the survey questions, customer data, branding, or project details.
No real customer response data should be copied or used unless I provide approval. Testing should use dummy/sample data only.
All communication and payment should remain inside Freelancer.com. Freelancer.com states that keeping communication and payments inside the platform helps protect both parties and gives access to its milestone and dispute systems.
