React Vertical Sidebar Navigation

I'm seeking an experienced React developer to create a modern vertical sidebar navigation for my website.

I need a two-level left sidebar menu for a new React website:
- Collapsed View: Vertical bar with icons.
- On Hover: Expands to show icons and labels.
- On Click: Loads a second-level submenu.
- Routing: Each item routes to a blank placeholder page (no binding needed yet).
- Design: Follow provided screenshots/video for fonts, colors, and layout. Icons must be in .svg format. The Settings item should be bottom-aligned.
You'll get access to a private GitHub repo for version control.
Temporary hosting is fine for the demo, and final hosting will be provided later.
