Python Developer Needed to Finalize Debt Paydown Strategy App (UI + Report Output) -- 2

I'm looking for an experienced Python developer with front-end/UI experience to:
Build a clean, web-based user interface for the app (preferably using Flask/Django + HTML/CSS or similar)
Connect the UI with the existing backend code
Allow users to input debt details and optional lump-sum payments (bonuses, windfalls, etc.)
Generate and email them customized reports based on the 3 payoff strategies
Help finalize the code with some additional testing and refinements
