I am looking to hire a professional WordPress website developer who can help me build a fully functional, responsive, and SEO-friendly website for my psychology-related business. The platform will cater to trained psychologists as well as psychologists in training, and the website should clearly communicate both services.
This will be a complete end-to-end project, including:
Domain and hosting setup assistance (if required)
Website design and layout (based on my inputs)
Content setup (I will provide content or we can discuss assistance)
Google indexing
Basic SEO implementation
Testing and launch
Industry / Niche:
Mental health and professional training — the website is for an organization/individual offering:
Services by trained psychologists (consultation, therapy)
Training programs or resources for student psychologists or psychologists in training
The tone should be professional, trustworthy, calming, and credible, suitable for a mental health audience.
Scope of Work:
1. Website Development (WordPress):
Build the site using WordPress (preferred CMS)
Use a clean, professional responsive theme (customizable)
Implement a modern UI/UX, easy navigation, fast load speed
Include all standard pages such as:

About Us / About Me
Services (e.g., for trained psychologists)
Training Programs (e.g., for trainees or students)
Blog / Articles
Testimonials
Contact Us (with form and Google Maps)
FAQ (optional)
Include features like:
Contact forms
Appointment booking form (optional)
WhatsApp chat integration (optional)
Google Maps
Mobile-friendly and fully responsive

Clean URL structure and breadcrumb navigation
2. Design & Presentation:
I have some layout and presentation ideas in mind. We will discuss this together.
The developer should be able to present 2–3 layout samples or templates for review.
Open to minimalist, calm, and professional design styles (aligned with mental health brands).
3. SEO & Google Indexing:
Submit the website to Google Search Console
Submit and configure XML Sitemap & Robots.txt
Set up Google Analytics or GA4
Perform basic on-page SEO:
Meta titles & descriptions
H1, H2 tags
Keyword-friendly URLs
Alt text for images
Ensure the website is indexable by Google and ranks for branded/local keywords
4. Performance & Testing:
Test the site on different devices & browsers
Ensure website load speed is optimized (using caching or plugins like LiteSpeed or WP Rocket)
Ensure no broken links, images, or redirects
Final site handover, admin login details, and training on how to use the backend
Deliverables:
