Property Management App — Update & Enhancement (Swift + Firebase)

We are looking to hire an experienced iOS developer or team to update and enhance an existing property management app, built in Swift with Firebase backend.
This is not a build-from-scratch project — the core app is fully functional. We need to refine and add new features, improve design, and optimize performance.
