Productivity App UI/UX Design
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I’m creating a cross-platform productivity app focused on helping users stay organised through streamlined task management and tight calendar integration. The interface must feel perfectly native on both iOS and Android while maintaining a consistent brand identity, so familiarity with Human Interface and Material Design guidelines is essential.
Core workflows to design
• Task management: fast task entry, priority tagging, drag-and-drop re-ordering, progress tracking
• Calendar integration: a unified view that syncs with the device’s default calendars and lets users schedule or reschedule tasks with simple gestures
Process & tools
You’ll take my existing feature map and user personas through low-fidelity sketches, polished mock-ups, and finally an interactive prototype. Figma or Sketch are both acceptable as long as components are organised in a reusable design system. Accessibility, micro-interactions, and a frictionless onboarding flow must be addressed from the start.
Deliverables
• Wireframes for iOS and Android layouts
• High-fidelity screens in the required resolutions
• Clickable prototype suitable for usability testing
• Design system library (colours, typography, reusable components)
The project is complete once the prototype performs smoothly on both platforms and the design system is packaged for developer hand-off.
