Productivity App UI/UX Design

I’m building a brand-new productivity app and need a UI/UX designer who can turn my early notes and flows into an experience users will love. The goal is a friction-free interface that helps people move quickly through everyday productivity tasks—think dashboards, task creation, scheduling views, and light reporting—without ever feeling lost.

I haven’t fixed a visual style yet, so whether your strength is minimalist clarity, a colourful energy boost, or a sharp corporate edge, I’m open to persuasion as long as usability stays centre stage. Show me how you can make complex workflows feel effortless.

Here’s what I’ll look for from you:
- High-fidelity screen designs created in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- A clickable prototype that covers every key user journey from onboarding to task completion
- A concise design system (colours, typography, reusable components) ready for developer handoff
- Source files and exportable assets organised for smooth collaboration

Acceptance criteria
1. All core flows function end-to-end in the prototype with no dead ends.
2. Visuals meet WCAG AA contrast standards.
3. Components are documented consistently in the design system.
