Product Design Tool Developer to fix some functionality on our design tool -- 2

Hi

We need an experienced developer to help us fix some issues on our design tool. We purchased a design tool and had some customization done on it. We are now facing some issues and would like too have them fixed.
1 - upload background images or add colors to the design on mobile devices. Also, images uploaded are not saved to be edited lated .

2 - jpg, pdf, eps, and ai files stoped uploading to the design tool. We had this option customized to accept these types of files.

This is a wordpress woocommerce site. Using an online product design tool that allow users to customize there products before purchase.

Please dont pid on the project if you dont have the experience working on a similar project.
