PrestaShop Checkout Optimization

we already have a fully operational PrestaShop e-commerce, so our current priority is not to rebuild the checkout, but to optimise it to the highest possible premium standard.

I obviously share our main objectives related to our checkout optimization:

• Integrate Stripe with card payments, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
• Activate Klarna instalment payments through Stripe where appropriate.
• Reintroduce Guest Checkout, allowing customers to complete their purchase without creating an account.

This feature was already implemented by our previous developer and worked correctly. However, during his attempt to integrate PayPal Buy Now, Pay Later, it was removed for reasons we never fully understood. We’d therefore appreciate it if you could review this point and restore Guest Checkout if technically appropriate.

We would also like the checkout flow to be as clear and intuitive as possible. The options to Sign in, Create an account, and Continue as Guest should be presented in a very simple and self-explanatory way, so that even customers with very little online shopping experience immediately understand which option applies to their situation, without any confusion or unnecessary friction.

• Review our current PayPal implementation and, if technically advisable, integrate PayPal Buy Now, Pay Later, including any financing solutions available for higher-value purchases.

• Optimise the entire checkout experience from both a UX/UI and conversion perspective while maintaining a clean, elegant and premium design.

• Improve the presentation of the delivery options and payment methods, ensuring clear wording, high-quality icons, perfect alignment and an elegant visual hierarchy.

Our objective is not to overload the checkout with unnecessary features, but rather to create a seamless, trustworthy and conversion-focused purchasing experience that truly reflects the premium positioning of our brand.
