I need simple WINDOWS app, that does the following:
- read pictures (.png and other main formats)
- Encrypt .txt based on the pictures

- All pictures/.txt follow same pattern, only one picture/.txt type
- Simple UI with 2 import fields(.txt/.zip and .png) and one GO/Finish button.
- care only about end product, technologies doesnt matter
- Will provide big sample for testing
