Personal Task Manager App

I’m ready to turn a simple idea into a polished productivity app built for one person: me—or any individual who just wants a clean place to capture, organise, and tick off tasks. The scope is deliberately narrow—only task management—so there is no need for shared workspaces, calendar links, or document collaboration.

Here’s the experience I’m after:
• A clutter-free interface where a user can add, edit, prioritise, and complete tasks in as few taps as possible.
• Basic categorisation such as tags, folders, or priority flags to keep lists manageable.
• Swift, responsive performance with smooth animations that feel at home on modern mobile devices.

Deliverables
• Interactive design mock-ups that illustrate the full task flow and UI states.
• Production-ready source code for a mobile app (native or cross-platform—propose what you do best).
• A concise README outlining build steps, dependencies, and how to publish the app to the stores.

Acceptance criteria
• All core task actions (create, update, mark done, delete, reorder) must work offline.
• Visual polish meets platform guidelines (Material for Android, Human Interface for iOS, or an agreed cross-platform system).
• No references to team features, calendar hooks, or document sharing appear anywhere in the UI or codebase.
