Hello Freelancers,
I am looking for an experienced desktop software developer (preferably with VB6 / VB.NET / C# experience) to help enhance and maintain a stock market-related desktop application. The software is currently running offline and being used by traders for delta-neutral strategy and various calculations.
Requirements:
Improve existing user interface (keep existing layout logic but give a fresh, professional, user-friendly look)
Fix existing bugs/crashes/performance issues
Add new features such as:
Advanced calculator
Portfolio hide/show toggle
Spread lot count
Last trade speed tracker
Overnight EQ count popup
Expense module
Select & delete feature
Optimize software to ensure faster performance on lower-end systems
Optional: SQLite or MS Access DB experience
Ideal Candidate Should Have:
Experience with desktop trading or finance applications
Good UI/UX sense for trader-focused tools
Ability to work with legacy code (VB6) if required
Independent problem solver
Quick turnaround time
Note: This is a freelance/contract-based role with scope for long-term collaboration based on performance.
