OneHealth is a user-friendly telehealth mobile application designed to bridge the gap between patients and healthcare providers in Nigeria and beyond. Our mission is to make quality medical care more accessible, convenient, and affordable by enabling real-time text and voice consultations, secure file sharing, and appointment booking all from the comfort of a mobile device (Android and iOS).

A. User Registration & Profile

- Separate onboarding for Doctors & Patients
- Profile setup: name, photo, age, gender, location, medical history (optional for patients), specialty and credentials (for doctors)

B. Text & Voice Messaging
- Real-time chat between doctor and patient
- Voice message option (send/receive like WhatsApp)
- Push notifications for new messages

C. File Sharing
- Upload and send images, PDFs, prescriptions, lab results, and short videos

D. Appointment Booking
- Patients can request appointments
