Overview:
We are seeking a freelancer/agency to deliver a turnkey UI/UX design for an e commerce store aligned with ONDC standards, similar to mystore.in or other best practice Indian e commerce platforms. The store will serve as the buyer facing interface for our ONDC enabled backend.
Scope of Work:
• Research & Benchmarking: Study ONDC guidelines and leading Indian e commerce platforms.
• Information Architecture: Define navigation, product catalog flow, cart, checkout, order tracking, issue management, and ratings.
• Wireframes & Prototypes: Create responsive layouts for web and mobile.
• Visual Design: Deliver modern, intuitive, and culturally relevant UI with Indian e commerce flavor.
• UX Enhancements: AI driven search, personalized recommendations, accessibility compliance.
• Integration Readiness: Ensure compatibility with ONDC Buyer Protocol APIs and CRUD APIs.
• Deliverables:
o Complete design system (colors, typography, components)
o Interactive prototypes (Figma/Adobe XD)
o Developer ready assets and handoff documentation
Mandatory Requirements:
• Proven experience in UI/UX for e commerce (portfolio required)
• Familiarity with ONDC protocols and Indian digital commerce ecosystem
