Next.js Animation Developer

PROJECT OVERVIEW

I'm seeking a talented frontend developer who specializes in web animations to bring my Figma design to life. This is NOT a standard static website conversion – animation quality and smoothness are the PRIMARY focus of this project.


KEY REQUIREMENTS
-------------------
- Expert-level experience with web animation libraries:
- Framer Motion (preferred)
- GSAP (GreenSock)
- React Spring, or similar

- Strong proficiency in Next.js 14+ and React
- Ability to create smooth, performant scroll-based animations
- Experience with micro-interactions and page transitions
- Knowledge of animation performance optimization
- Pixel-perfect implementation from Figma designs


TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED

- Next.js / React (TypeScript preferred)
- Modern CSS animations and transforms
- Canvas/WebGL (if applicable)
- Responsive animation techniques
- Performance profiling and optimization
- Framer Motion or GSAP mastery
