Multi-Site Unlock Dashboard Design

Budget: €3,000 – €5,000 EUR

The project revolves around a SaaS flow that lets a user launch one starter site and then progressively unlock up to nineteen follow-up sites. I need a cohesive, modern-and-sleek dashboard that guides them through that journey and ties together every supporting touch-point.

Core screens and interactions
• 20-site unlock flow – the layout must clearly show all sites, highlight the active one, and let the user see what comes next. Each site carries a star: empty at first, filling from light green through to red as milestones are hit.
• Points Wallet – powered by Stripe. Within the wallet the user can review:
– Transaction history
– Invoice breakdown
– Payment status
• Course gate – a video/SEO course remains locked until the first blog post is published; once the trigger fires, the section should transition to “unlocked” with an engaging micro-animation.
• Transactional emails – wire up matching templates for sign-up, purchase confirmation, wallet reload, and course unlock.
• Compact design system – create Figma components, states, colour tokens, and typography that cover every element above while staying lightweight enough for quick iteration.

Data & metrics to surface
The main dashboard needs top-level user activity (site published, posts written, stars filled, course progress) alongside real-time financial transactions coming from Stripe. Metrics should be actionable, not ornamental.

Deliverables
– Fully-annotated Figma file containing the dashboard, wallet, course gate, emails, and the shared component library
– Pixel-perfect, developer-ready frames with spacing, states, and responsive notes
– A short hand-off video or Loom walking through component usage and interaction patterns

Acceptance
The design is approved once components drop into the codebase at 1× without visual drift and all wallet data points map directly to Stripe objects.

Timing is flexible; quality and clarity take priority. I’ll be available for quick feedback cycles so we can lock the design and move it into development smoothly.
